In fact, our subscription model can even replace a full-time employee in some companies. Many appreciate our service for its simplicity — no lengthy meetings or waiting for quotes.

How can I send you the photos?

After placing your order, you'll receive a personalized link to upload your photos. Once the staging is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to access your staged images.

How quickly will I receive my photos?

We deliver most staged photos within 2 days or less, depending on the number of images and complexity of the project, without compromising on quality.

What if I'm not satisfied with the result of a staged picture?

We guarantee your satisfaction by revising the photos at no extra cost until you’re completely happy with the result; however, we do not offer refunds.

Do you offer trials?

Yes, you can book our services for a one-month trial or use the Kickstart Plan for a one-time project.

After testing Kickstart, can I immediately book the Flex or Turbo Plan?

Yes, Kickstart is valid for 4 weeks, but you can upgrade to the Flex or Turbo plan as soon as you've used all 10 images.

How can I pause my subscription on the Flex Plan or Turbo Plan?

You can pause your subscription anytime by sending us a message. The 31-day billing cycle will stop until you reactivate it. The current month will remain unaffected.

What happens if I need more images than my plan covers?

You can immediately switch to the next higher plan and only pay the difference. Simply contact us to make the change.

Will unused credits be carried over to the following month?

In case you don't fully use the quota included in your plan, the remaining amount will expire.

Are the staged images copyright-protected?

We do not retain any rights to the images after delivery.

Could you provide over 80 staged images per month?

Could my existing pictures be restaged to improve the interior design?

We’d be happy to help with that.

Our company is not based in Switzerland. Can we still work together?

We can collaborate no matter where you are in the world. While our company is based in Switzerland, we work with clients globally. Please note that billing will be in Swiss francs. Feel free to contact us in English or German. We look forward to working with you!
